Terms and Conditions — alphacard

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using alphacard, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must stop using the platform immediately.

These Terms apply to all users of alphacard, including visitors, registered account holders, and API integrators. Use of any part of the platform constitutes acceptance. Effective from January 1, 2026.

Use of the Platform

alphacard is provided for lawful cryptocurrency trading purposes only. You agree not to use the platform for money laundering, fraud, market manipulation, or any activity prohibited under applicable law in your jurisdiction.

User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, two-factor authentication codes, and API keys. alphacard will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to secure credentials.

Account registration requires accurate personal information. Submitting false identity documents during KYC verification constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Intellectual Property

All content on alphacard — including the trading interface, brand assets, documentation, and proprietary algorithms — is the exclusive property of alphacard and its licensors. Reproduction or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

alphacard is not liable for losses arising from market volatility, network congestion, force majeure events, or third-party service failures beyond our direct control. Trading cryptocurrency carries inherent financial risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, alphacard's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you to alphacard in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Third-Party Services

alphacard integrates third-party services including KYC providers, payment processors, and charting tools. These providers operate under their own terms of service. alphacard does not control and is not responsible for their conduct.

Security Obligations

You must enable two-factor authentication on your account. alphacard reserves the right to restrict withdrawals or suspend accounts that show signs of compromise until identity can be re-verified by the account holder.

Your Rights

You may request account closure and withdrawal of remaining funds at any time, subject to any pending verification or compliance review. alphacard will process closure requests within 5 business days of confirmation.

Changes to Terms

alphacard may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after notice of changes constitutes acceptance. The current version is always published with an effective date. Last updated: 2026.
